Founded in 1897, Lucan Golf Club is regarded as amongst the finest parkland golf courses in Dublin. Our aim is to promote a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for members and visitors, and we achieve this through the services of our staff and the facilities we provide.
We are now looking to hire an enthusiastic and motivated
General Manager
who will lead and implement our vision for this successful club.
You are:
- Ideally experienced in club management and/or hospitality.
- Experienced in achieving high standards in F&B, course management, facilities management, financial management and in the overall running of a club.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing profit and loss.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue and implementing effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on member and staff relations.
- Able to manage a dedicated team across a number of disciplines, as well as our key contracted service providers.
Salary:
A highly competitive salary, pension contribution, and bonus package will be offered to the right candidate.
